Pit & Rig EHS

From the tailgate
to the root cause.

The EHS platform for mining, oil and gas crews — the operator in the cab, the supervisor at the tailgate, the safety lead, and every contractor through the gate. Built by mine managers, superintendents and foremen who got tired of safety software written for head office.

to report a hazard, standing next to it

Why we built it

Safety reporting should work for the people who fill it in.

When a form is slow or awkward on site, it gets done at the end of the week, from memory, in the truck — and by the time a hazard reaches the safety lead it's a story, not a fix.

Every screen in Pit & Rig EHS was designed for a gloved thumb at 5 a.m., in the cold, beside a running machine.

Live demo

This is the dashboard.

The screen a supervisor opens at the start of the shift. Try it: report a hazard, start the shift, pick up a report, clear what needs you. It's sample data, and nothing leaves your browser.

Who it's for

The same app, four jobs.

Everything you need, two taps away.

  • Your QR pass shows the gate whether you're cleared — and why not, if you aren't.
  • Scan the machine, do the pre-use with big Pass / Fail buttons.
  • Report a hazard in under a minute: photo, talk, send. Anonymously if you want.
  • Your tickets and training follow you from job to job.

A day on site

Shift start to investigation, without paper.

One crew, one day. Everything below happens on a phone.

  1. 05:52

    At the gate

Scan the poster, tap check in. The gate sees cleared or not cleared, and why. It works with no signal and syncs later.

  2. 06:05

    Beside the machine

Scan the unit's QR: its pre-use opens. Big Pass / Fail buttons, photo on a fail, hour meter in.

  3. 06:20

    Start shift

GO, HOLD or STOP beside every name. Machines assigned; the ones out of service or locked out can't be.

  4. 06:40

    Tailgate

FLHA hazards tapped in, controls written, crew signs on by QR in seconds.

  5. 09:15

    Something's wrong

Photo, talk, send — under a minute. Stop-work alerts the supervisor and safety straight away.

  6. 11:00

    Hot work

Permit requested by the crew, issued by someone else, gas tested, crew signed on, closed out after.

  7. 13:30

    A brake fails the pre-use

Critical fail: the unit goes out of service automatically and the foreman on duty is emailed with what failed.

  8. 15:00

    Critical control check

Berms to half wheel height? Any 'No' stops the task, raises a priority action and tells safety.

  9. 17:45

    Handover

Written once, opened by the next crew — even a different supervisor on a different rotation.

  10. Next day

    Investigation

Causation tree with evidence, training as it stood that day, actions with owners, WCB and OHS duties with deadlines.

Everything it does

Seventeen modules. One app. No add-ons.

Tap any of them to see what's inside.

Contractors

Every contractor, checked against your rules, at your gate.

Invite a contractor once. From then on their people sign in with their own free accounts and are checked against your site requirements — your orientation, your required tickets, your rules. They can finish your orientation standing at the gate, and they appear on your muster list the moment they check in.

Contractors stay in control. Their records stay theirs. They choose, category by category and client by client, what each client sees — and preview exactly what that client will see before sharing it.

The hub shows, side by side

  • How many of their people your rules clear
  • Who's on site right now
  • Recordable and lost-time injuries
  • Hazard reporting and inspection activity
  • Overdue corrective actions
  • WCB clearance, insurance and COR, with expiry dates

Never a single score. A blank means not shared — not zero.

Trust

Built so people will actually use it.

Free for every worker

Companies pay. Nobody on the crew ever sees a bill, and their records follow them between employers.

Anonymous means never written down

No name stored, and no exact location on the map. A code lets the reporter follow it up.

HR can't see hazard reports

Reports identify the people who make them, so HR never gets access to them.

Only what your role needs

Everyone sees what their job requires and nothing more — including the AI.

It won't say safe when it doesn't know

A site with no requirements set up shows 'not set up', never a green tick.

Your data stays yours

One company can never see another's records. Contractors share by choice, and can stop.

Who's behind it

Built from the pit, not the boardroom.

We're mine managers, superintendents and foremen. We've run the crews, led the tailgates, and filled in the paperwork from the truck at the end of a twelve-hour shift.

We got tired of safety software built for head office, so we built the one we always wanted: made for the people who do the work, not the people who read the reports.

Questions

Straight answers.

See it at your gate.

We're working with a small group of sites before launch. If you run a mine, a plant, a lease or a contracting company, we'd like to show you — on your own site's terms.
